The Claims Trust is a tax-exempt trust sponsored by ConocoPhillips.  In July 2001 we also became the Claims Administrator for active employees and dependents enrolled in the Traditional option of the Phillips Petroleum Medical and Dental Assistance Plan.  Today, we continue as the Claims Administrator for active employees enrolled in the Traditional Option of ConocoPhillips Medical and Dental Assistance plan.
